This agreement remains in effect until it is amended by the three colleges or until one of the three institutions intends to withdraw from the agreement by notifying the directors of financial aid of the other two and the district FAO in writing. The Coast Community College District has a consortium agreement between Orange Coast College, Golden West College and Coastline Community College for students enrolled simultaneously in more than one college in the Coast Community College District. If, during the same semester, a student is enrolled in more than one of the three district colleges, the student`s class charge for setting financial aid will include the sum of all units taken from the three institutions, provided that the units are otherwise eligible for financial assistance. The student`s college (college where the student holds a diploma or certificate) is the only college where an allowance is paid to the student. District College as the Secondary School This is a comprehensive agreement between the three Colleges of the Coast Community College District: Golden West College, Coastline Community College and Orange Coast College. This agreement replaces the previous agreement, which had been in force since July 2012. This agreement will enter into force at the beginning of the autumn semester of the 2015/16 academic year and will remain in force until it is amended by the three institutions or until one of the three institutions wants to withdraw from the agreement by written notification to the other two institutions. As a comprehensive agreement, it is not necessary to enter into individual consortium agreements between these higher education institutions for individual students who wish to benefit from the terms of this agreement. For the purposes of this agreement and in accordance with 34 CFR 668.5, the three colleges in the Coast Community College District agree: If you receive any of the following types of awards, they will only be covered on the basis of your registration status (unionized credits do not count).

The consortium agreements allow ASU graduates to participate in financial assistance programs while simultaneously participating in the ASU and another accredited university. ASU reserves the right not to enter into a consortium agreement if, in the opinion of ASU Financial Aid and Scholarship Services, this consortium agreement was administratively unaffordable. Consortium agreements contribute to additional financial assistance, not to the postponement of loans. For the semester in question, you must at least register with the ASU in mid-term addresses (6 license credits; 5 credit credits). Students of the ASU Nursing CEP with Arizona Community Colleges, University of Mary and Mayo Clinic must enrol in at least one ASU class. If you visit ASU Online through our partnerships with Starbucks, Uber or Aramark, we do not enter into a consortium agreement with the exception of CEP Care Students.
ASU law students do not need to register in the ASU credits, but must have the location on the schedule. Federal regulations do not allow students to obtain federal grants from two schools at the same time. By entering into a consortium agreement, a student may, during the same semester, go to the University of Arizona (UA) and another accredited school (called a “visiting institution”) and receive federal financial assistance for all combined units.
