I would like to calculate a Cohen`s Kappa to test the agreement between two evaluators. Each evaluator had 3 behaviours to identify (Elusive, Capture, School) and had to determine whether each behaviour was present (0 – Not identifiable, 1 – Yes, 2 – No). The length of this data was 40 samples for each evaluator (total – 80 samples). 40 lines x 3 columns per evaluator. When calculating the percentage agreement, you must determine the percentage of the difference between two digits. This value can be useful if you want to show the difference between two percentage numbers. Scientists can use the two-digit percentage agreement to show the percentage of the relationship between the different results. When calculating the percentage difference, you have to take the difference in values, divide it by the average of the two values, and then multiply that number of times 100. My questions: Q1- I understand that I could use Cohens Kappa to determine the match between the advisors for each subject (i.e.
